Happy Mother's Day!

The Brewers took their 2-0 record down the road to face a longtime rival the Chaska Cubs.  The Brewers off on the right foot with a lead-off triple by Joe Lucas.  An RBI groundout by Scott Hollingsworth put the Brewers up 1-0.  But the lead didn't last as the Cubs answered with 1 in the bottom of the 1st.

Trent Bohnsack got the start and was rusty from building igloo's this off-season.  Matthias Deuvel, Nate Beckman & Mike Beckius got on the mound yesterday.  Nate Beckman really looked good after his first season of college ball.  Mike also was very effective as usual.

Joe Lucas paced the offense with 2 hits.
